Godwin Ihabe ( born 1st October 1993) has emerged as Mr NIGERIA INTERNATIONAL EASTERN king 2018 winner at the just concluded Mr/Miss Nigeria International pageantry event. He was crowned at the Ruby’s Garden event center in Lekki, Lagos state. The event was set up by Brendance and Crusader LTD with the aim of promoting the rich culture of the Nigeria state to the world and also pinpointing the need for every Nigeria to go back to their roots with the notion of making our roots our modernity.
Godwin who won as a result of his confidence and intelligibility on stage, hails from Kogi state, Nigeria. He holds a BSc in Industrial relations and personnel management at the prestigious Caritas University in Enugu state. The victor also doubles as both a model and an actor. He kick-started his career as a photo editor under the Enugu Fashion Week back then in 2013, he then went further to feature in back to back top notch runway shows as a model
The 7th edition of the just concluded Mr/Miss Nigeria international themed “The Heritage edition 2018” pageantry saw a huge number of 150 contestants who came from all parts of the world and Godwin Ihabe represented Enugu state as a whole. As a selfless person, Godwin first thanked God for the wisdom and opportunity given to him which enabled him clinch the crown. He did not also forget his fans as he showered a lot of gratitude and praises to them for their enormous support that led him to victory throughout his campaign at the event.
When asked what he will do with his office, he said ” I intend to use my office to reach out to young talents, to direct and encourage them to work tirelessly on their talent and also educate them about social vices in the Nigeria state and how it is detrimental to their future once they indulge in it ”
