The Weeknd and Bella Hadid have parted ways after a year-and-a-half of dating.
The couple, who were first linked back in May 2015, broken things off over their conflicting work schedules, according to People. The Weeknd has recently released his third studio album, Starboy, while Hadid continues to travel around the world as a model.
“Their schedules have been too hard to coordinate and he is focusing on finishing and promoting his album,” a source tells the publication. “They still have a great deal of love for one another and will remain friends.”
The Weeknd, 25, and Hadid, 20, confirmed their relationship earlier this year when they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2016 Grammy Awards. Two months before that, Hadid starred in The Weeknd’s music video for “In The Night”.
